Q. Where do I get the app?

The Fare Client App will be available soon on iOS and Android.

Q. How do I order a vehicle?

All you have to do is confirm your location and select the vehicle category you wish to order. The app will contact the nearest Fare Agent and you will receive their details once they confirm. You will be able to track their location as they approach you. Once they arrive at your location, you will be greeted by a professional agent and you will be on your way!

Q. How do I pay?

Everything is done electronically via the client app. As soon as your fare is over, your registered payment method will be automatically charged. It is all easy and painless!

Q. Can I order in advance?

Yes! We offer the ablity to make a reservation via our app. Please enter the date, time, and vehicle catergory you require.

That's it! You get the upfront price with no hidden or additional charges. No need to worry about getting a trip when time is of the essence as your trip will be set and planned out in advance.
